This is the first budget in 15 years where there has not been an increase in duty in UK .
For now the wines are not in the list but we hope they will take care about this aspect further on .
Well, i guess, I GUESS, it’s because the wine took over beer, cider and spirit consumption much in the last 10 years, scratching slowly slowly their business and eroding their stability .
